[openib-general] Vapi Install

Hello,

Some questions about IB packages.

How can I install just the Infiniband HCA Driver and the VAPI package?
How can I do that using the "IB Gold" software (http://www.mellanox.com)

Is the "Infiniband Subnet Manager" mandatory? Can I configure statically 
the subnet?

PS: Im using 2.4.21-20.EL kernel with x86_64 architecture.
