The client is Etherboot's client for configuring a client at boot time. The
server is ISC. Can you explain what you mean by "the QPN issue"?

What DHCP server and what client are you using ? This has been done with
the ISC ones. It requires modifications due to the difference in
hardware addresses (and there is the QPN issue).
