The issues (I think) are a) being able to appropriately fail a bad IP
address (i.e. not an RDMA device), b) interpreting the addresses in the
net_device structure, and c) muxing the request to either the IB_CM or
IW_CM respectively.
Unfortunately, I'm still working through the design and don't have it
all figured out yet. I will absolutely be posting preliminary patches
for comment and review.
