No, something is wrong.  Either there's a bug in the mthca multicast
group code, or IPoIB is trying to detach a QP that is not attached to
the multicast group.  I'd bet on the bug being in IPoIB.

I think I probably just need to rewrite all the netdevice up/down,
port state change and device removal code in IPoIB.
