The dtest makefile builds with DAPL_PROVIDER == OpenIB-cma-ip by default 
so it will use the second line of the configuration file. This requires 
the IP address of the IB device on your system to be supplied in the 
dat.conf. Change the default IP address (192.168.0.22) to match your ib 
device network address that you ifconfig'ed.
