You could do it with git-svn (part of the core git distribution) I
guess.  Except that I'll fix up patches that are in my queue if Linus
hasn't pulled yet -- I'm using StGit, so rather than put "patch A" and
then "fix patch A" into the main kernel histroy, I'll just replace
"patch A" with "fixed patch A".  Of course this changes the git
history so freezing it into svn is not such a good idea.

I don't think kernel.org publishes snapshots of anyone's tree other
than Linus.  And in any case I don't think it's worth mirroring 40 meg
tarballs all over the world for the few people who want a snapshot of
my tree once in a while.
