Are you connecting the ports through a switch? If this is the case then I
believe the problem is that you have to different IP subnets which should be on
different broadcast domains, using the same broadcast domain which is dictated
by the current ipoib implementation. The solution will be inluded probably in
the next release and will require opensm enhancements to support different
partitions based on differnet PKEYs.
