Seems OK -- although I wonder about the names srp_port and
srp_device.  I think "ib_port" and "ib_device" would make more sense
(or perhaps "local_ib_port" and "local_ib_device" although I don't
think that's really required).

No, I think this is purely a new feature and I'll queue it for 2.6.19.
