Mellanox SRP target is under: 
https://openib.org/svn/trunk/contrib/mellanox/gen1/ib_srpt/

Note that we have made some fixes from the time we posted this code.
The code is also available as part of Mellanox gen1 package - IBGD 
(available on Mellanox web site)
