[openib-general] Plans for libibverbs 1.0, 1.1 and beyond

Having things split up, some at openib.org, some at kernel.org
would be a pain to deal with. I'd like to see all of the code
remain in one source code management tool. I have no problems with SVN.
Not sure if git provides any better features or not.
