Currently i don't plan to have iSER use these APIs.

Sean - looking on the cma/ucma APIs i see that the kernel APIs are not 
in place yet (eg the equivalent of rdma_set/get_options) or in the 
kernel the CMA consumer is expected to call directly the APIs exported 
by rdma_cm_ib.h?
