Hi Sean,
These features are needed for uDAPL and were requested by Woody and 
Arlin for Intel MPI scalability.
Since in OFED 1.1 we are going to take CMA from kernel 2.6.18 we need 
them upstream.

Can you drive these enhancements only to 2.6.18.
