I'm still planning on building kernel RPMs for testing, based off the
code in the 1.0 branch, so it would be helpful for that.

Also, if 1.0 is userspace only, that leaves libsdp out of contention,
since the kernel component of SDP is not upstream.  Are you OK with
that?
