[openib-general] RFC clean up gen2/branches/1.0/src/

Hi!
Currently gen2/branches/1.0/src includes directory
linux-kernel/
which includes linux kernel code.

In particular, many files in directories such as
linux-kernel/core, linux-kernel/include,
etc directly conflict with kernel.org 2.6.16-rc5.

Since kernel level components are released through normal kernel.org mainstream
process, this directory linux-kernel/ should be removed to avoid he chance of
confusion.

Same applies to gen2/branches/1.0/README.kernel-build

Who's supposed to do this cleanup?
