BTW if you post another patch set, two minor points:
 - Use descriptive subject lines for the different parts.  IIRC, the
   first time around, all your emails were
    [PATCH x/5] [RFC] Infiniband: connection abstraction
   and that's not very friendly to reviewers
 - Put the "re-export ip_dev_find()" change into a separate patch by
   itself.  That way no one can complain that they missed it hidden in
   a big patch.
    Sean> The iWarp changes require changes to ib_verbs (e.g. adding

Also let's get the IB version merged before we work on iWARP.  Even
the basic CMA API is required by iSER and NFS/RDMA, so it's worth
merging on its own.
