[openib-general] libibverbs and sysfsutils

Hi, Roland -

At least in the 1.0 branch, libibverbs still has a dependency on
sysfsutils.  Since sysfsutils is both worthless and orphaned, I'd prefer
that this dependency disappeared, particularly since vendors tend not to
like to ship unneeded packages.

Is this something you think you can fix prior to 1.0?  If so, I'll file
a bug and assign it to you.
