I can't find where iwcm_port::local_addr is set or used.  Maybe it can just be 
removed?  In fact, I can't even figure out how iwcm_port is used, or even 
iwcm_device for that matter.  Are these used outside of this particular patch 
somehow, or am I just missing where they're used?
