[openib-general] oops with ipath and mvapich (branch 1.0)

Just for the reference, the flags I've mentioned are in the
'make.mvapich.gen2' file in the root directory of the MVAPICH
distribution.

Remove the -DMEMORY_SCALE from the CFLAGS line (midway down the file) and
add -DADAPTIVE_RDMA_FAST_PATH to its place.
