[openib-general] [PATCH 0/7] AMSO1100 RNIC Driver REPOST

The last patch missed some write[wlq]( calls that have been 
corrected in this version along with some bug fixes found as
part of the CMA testing. 

This patchset is dependent upon the iWARP CM patch. 

This patchset includes the following:

        1 - Kconfig and Kbuild
        2 - Low-level device interface and native stack support
        3 - Work request definitions
        4 - Provider interface
        5 - Memory management
        6 - User mode message queue implementation      
        7 - Verbs queue implementation
