[openib-general] IPoIB destructor patches

Hello Roland, Michael,

I have not seen Michael's IPoIB destructor patches (<2.6.17 kernel)
included in the openib-1.0-rc1 code. I believe rc2 will be out next week.
Would it be possible to push these patches
into rc2?  Without these the systems panic especially on eHCA. Appreciate
your help in the matter.
