OpenIB 1.0 has at least two consumers of the kernel's RDMA CM support: 
librdmacm and udapl. 

We've agreed that all kernel code for OpenIB 1.0 should come from 
kernel.org. Therefore, OpenIB 1.0 will not be complete until this 
makes it upstream.

Will waiting for 2.6.18 delay OpenIB 1.0?
