Yes.  I wanted to reconsider the approach here.

I believe that there's a cleaner implementation for getting path records that 
involves a userspace SA library/daemon than going through the rdma cm.  And no 
one was using the option to set a specific path.

For the CM timeout options, those were added to support uDAPL, but I believe 
that a better approach which would accomplish the higher level goal is to have 
the kernel rdma cm issue MRA (message received acknowledged) messages for 
clients which are slow to respond to requests.
