[openib-general] Mellanox ibtp requires vl.h which is not found

Hello,

Many of the Mellanox tests require a header file named "vl.h"

For example:
https://openib.org/svn/trunk/contrib/mellanox/ibtp/gen2/userspace/userac
cess/qp_test/main.c

 

Where can I find it? It's not anywhere in /usr/local/ofed nor
/usr/include ...
