Environment for daily builds of IB kernel modules and user level 
packages on staging.openfabrics.org server is ready.
Kernel package build script: **/home/vlad/scripts/build_ofa_kernel.sh
User space package build script: /home/vlad/scripts/build_ofa_kernel.sh

**IB kernel: 
Git tree: /home/vlad/scm/ofed_1_2 (based on 
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git)
Added sdp, backport patches, kernel_addons (includes headers for backport)

last_stable link created.
    Usage example:

       ./configure --with-ipoib-mod --with-sdp-mod --with-srp-mod 
--with-user_mad-mod --with-user_access-mod --with-mthca-mod 
--with-core-mod --with-addr_trans-mod
       make
       make install

 
User level:
** Currently user space taken from SVN: 
https://openib.org/svn/gen2/trunk/src/userspace
In the future will be taken from userspace git trees.

       make install
