Hi Hal,

This patch series implements various OpenSM routing related fixes and
improvements. Main goals of this are to build "clean" LFTs (and in this
way to eliminate "path to nowhere" routing entries), to update only
changed LFT blocks (rather than whole tables), improve OpenSM routing
engine structure and eliminate some unneeded and duplicated actions.

Each patch has its own detailed description.
