Can someone post a summary somewhere about how to get a copy of all  
the source code (both kernel and [newly moved] userspace stuff)?   
It's probably worth it for both the OFA head of development and for  
OFED.

I've seen that there have been many, many posts about git here on the  
list, but publishing a stable / correct version of the instructions  
somewhere would be most useful (the wiki?).

Just my $0.000000001.  :-)
