Ok - I also have updates to the librdmacm that matches up with these changes.  I 
didn't post them, and probably won't until we get closer to merging things. 
Plus, I didn't add any compatibility code for older releases, and I'd like to at 
least add that for the kernel modules that shipped with the OFED releases.
