Would be better something like:

	if (p_db_imp->db_dir_name == NULL || !*p_db_imp->dir_name)
		p_db_imp->db_dir_name = OSM_DEFAULT_CACHE_DIR;

This eliminates invocation of strlen() which will return !=0 in most of
cases.
