[openib-general] Building OFED with FC4 kernel sources

I'm using kernel 2.6.17-1.2141_FC4 and am getting a clean build.  The 
source rpm can be found here:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/SRPMS/
