[openib-general] Some questions on OF interfaces

Hello,

       I am new to OpenFabrics and trying to understand
       OF interfaces. I appreciate if some one could
       provide answers to the following questions.

       1) How/when to use IB_SEND_INLINE feature ?

       2) What are possible values for
            struct ib_device_attr  -> page_size_cap ?
