[openib-general] ipoib multicast problem

Hi,
I have seen the following problem with ipoib:

1. An application registers to a multicast group as a full member. As a
result all the groups are listed in dev->mclist.
2. The infiniband link falls momentarily, opensm restarted etc.
3. All multicast memberships are flushed.
4. The net device will not join again until at a later time something
will cause ipoib_set_mcast_list() to be called.
