[ofa-general] Bandwidth up first and then down by testing on sdp

Above i give some data about WR sock on sdp, it puzzles me that fisrt
bandwith comes up by sendline adding-size ,and then it comes down by
sendline adding-size, anyone can explain to me what about it ? Thanks.
