[openib-general] open fabrics wiki error

Hey all,

Who owns the wiki server?  

It seems the Chelsio T3 howto got lost somehow?  I cannot open this URL
which is from the "how to" section of the OFA wiki:

I assume the file doesn't exist anymore for some reason?  I wanted to
update this howto to reflect the new git locations...
