BTW, you can now drop d5b9ab3d7009b77ee45e98827e803205d322ce7d
since latest version of chelsio driver does not need to pass driver data
in req notify cq anymore.

I guess this means libcxg3 can be made to work with libibverbs 1.0 if
desired.
