It should be OFED release, since several OEMs said they are going to 
test and QA it.
We cannot wait for 1.3 since some clusters are raised at Q3.

It will be good if we can unify 1.2.c with 1.2.1 that was requested in 
the same time frame
Any thoughts on this?
