[ofa-general] OFED 1.2 rc5 release

I have created 1.2rc5 in bugzilla.

Tziporet, I'm not sure how you created your "fixed in rc5" list, but
some of the bugs on it are still open (for example,
https://bugs.openfabrics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577).
