[ofa-general] Build error 1.2rc5

Yes. The issue seems to be caused by the fact that both 32-bit and
64-bit libs are written to /usr/lib rather than /usr/lib and
/usr/lib64/.

A quick workaround is to modify ofed.conf to only build 64 bit
(build_32bit=0).
