ok, thanks for the reminder, i've opened an
internal bug for the first issue (MAINTAINERS),
we should have a fix for that soon.  the second
issue (smp_mb__after_clear_bit) has an internal bug
open.  we don't have a fix yet, but we're working
on it (we may be able to remove all that code).
the final issue (powerpc) has an internal bug open,
but hasn't seen any attention for awhile.  i'll see
if i can prod the right people into looking at it...
