[ofa-general] dapl compile problem

Hey Arlin,

I cloned the latest dapl tree Friday and checked out the ofed_1_2
branch, then did a ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make.

I get errors in dtest:

Have you seen this?  I must be doing something dumb.
