[ofa-general] Implement IP oer IB on Solaris 10

Hello,

driver-discuss at opensolaris.org is a more appropriate alias for you to 
send future questions and have follow-up discussions.

I saw a suggestion from Nitin Hande, but I might suggest that you check 
your hardware configuration because the Solaris doesn't appear to be 
detecting the presence of the HCA.
