Has anyone besides me been stupid enough to try and put a mellanox infiniband card in a Cray XD1? It looks like I get a similar problem that the XT3 used to have where the large PCI memory footprint makes stuff not work. Except the node is not even booting ;) It looks like the 'real' xd1 kernel is dieing in the IO-APIC initialization.
