[ofa-general] OFA newbie question: module load/unload

Hi,

I have a question about module load/unload of the
various drivers in drivers/infiniband/hw. 

I can see that ib_uverbs_open() bumps the driver
module reference count when a user application starts
using a device.

What about bumping the module reference count when a
kernel client (eg ipoib) is using a device? How is the
driver made unloadable in such cases?
