[ofa-general] OFA server gitweb

Hi,

Should the clone info on the OFA server gitweb page now say:
git clone git://git.openfabrics.org/+project path
rather than:
git clone git://staging.openfabrics.org/+project path

Also, none of the links on this page seem to be working (at least for
me).
