I'm not sure if OFED 1.1 supports 2.6.20.  But you can try using the 
latest libibcm from here:

	http://www.openfabrics.org/~shefty/libibcm-1.0.tar.gz

You can also look into using the librdmacm as an alternative, which 
supports other RDMA transports.
