The following 5 patches improve osm log output mostly by adding node name printing.

0002-Maintain-a-name-of-the-node-in-the-monitored-node-st.patch
0003-Use-monitored-map-lookup-to-get-the-name-of-the-node.patch
0004-use-the-monitored-node-s-redirect-information-for-th.patch
0005-opensm-opensm-osm_state_mgr.c-update-log-messages-w.patch

1 and 5 are stand alone.

2-4 need to be applied in order and add a node name member to the perfmgr
monitored node structure.
