[ofa-general] RHEL5.1 support?

The attached patches do the work on RHEL 5.1.

OFED-1.2.5_RHEL_5.1_configure.diff  includes the change requiered in the
configure file .
OFED-1.2.5_RHEL_5.1_backport.diff  include the added files requiered in
the kernel_addons and kernel_patches directories.
