[ofa-general] OFED-1.2.5 backport patches for SLES9 SP4

The attached files do the work.

OFED_1.2.5_sles9_sp4_configure.diff  include the changes in the
configure file.
OFED_1.2.5_sles9_sp4_backport.diff  include the canges requiered in the
kernel_patche and kernel_addons directories.
