Not really, for the new XRC qp type.  In this case, we will have one XRC connection
per multi-process application per host, with a larger number of XRC_SRQs (one per process per host).

However, the XRC SRQs act more like RD qps, so we really don't need to increase the default max SRQs.

I'll post V2 of the patch now.
