I have reviewed the patch but I noticed a number of
problems with handling initial or final LID routed parts of the
directed route SMP.  I will be sending several small patches
as soon as I finish testing them.  The InfiniPath changes
need to be part of the loopback of DR SMP responses from userspace
so I will post a modified patch for that too.
