Here is the current series of IPoIB changes I plan to merge for
2.6.25.  The point of the series is to add IPoIB connected mode
support for HCAs that do not implement SRQs.  It is based on Pradeep's
patch, but when I started trying to get his most recent patch to apply
to the current tree, I ended up completely rewriting things.  I'm
pretty sure I fixed a few bugs in the process, but I probably
introduced several more too, so review and/or test results would be
appreciated.  We still have a couple of months until 2.6.25 opens up,
so there should be time to get this solid.
